The NCAA and RQ+ have expanded our partnership to include a long-term strategy to provide additional resources and tools to assist all conferences in addressing concerns about officiating.

RQ+ is honored to work alongside the NCAA to implement this Officiating Reform Initiative. This is a critical step toward addressing the officiating recruitment, refinement and retention issues facing college sports. This program is serving as a foundation for growth and success within the officiating profession and we applaud the NCAA's commitment to supporting its member conferences in this area.

The reform initiative will result in several benefits for all stakeholders - the NCAA national office, NCAA member conferences and institutions, sports officials and student-athletes - in a multitude of ways. The RQ+ team is excited for the positive impact, both immediate and long-term, that this partnership will bring.
